LIQUIDS FLEET

The Liquid Fleet is a pivotal part of RWCs logistical network. Everyone needs fuel be that for personal craft, capital ships or planetside facilities. The Liquid Fleet keeps the Vault-Tec group running.

Being part of this fleet means hauling fuel and other liquid goods across the verse to where Vault-Tec members & our allies need it most. Primarily using Starfarers for transportation refining & inflight re-fulling.

Such a crucial operation draws a lot of attention. Fuel is a valuable resourse and some people are adverse to paying for such things.

 

For this reason you will find yourself working closely with Vault-Tec Security as they help to guarantee the safety of you and your cargo. 

Being a member of the Liquids fleet means being responsible for the life blood of Vault-Tec. All of our operations rely on the various fuel types found in the verse. It will be your job to find, refine & return these critical recourses to the org so that everyone can continue to do their part for Vault-Tec

Your missions will include:

  • Locating Fuel Sources, In each of Vault-Tec’s operational areas you will need to assist in locating the most convenient supply of fuel. This could be identifying a gas giant within the system which can be exploited, or plotting a course to the nearest established refuelling location.

  • Harvesting & Refining, Once a source of fuel has been identified it will be your job to 'scoop' the material and begin the refining process, this will primarily be achieved with Starfarers as they already possess the refining equipment necessary.

  • Transportation of Refined Fuel , Once the fuel has been sourced & refined it must then be moved to where it is needed. This may be achieved with conventional cargo vessels if delivering to an outpost or for sale on the open market. If there is a requirement for in-flight refuelling then Starfarers may be utilised.

  • In Flight Refuelling, As mentioned above, occasionally it may be neccecary to refuel an org vessel or a customers vessel in flight. Either due to technically difficulties or because of an over enthusiastic pilot who forgot to check the gauge while exploring. Using the star farer platform this operation can safely be achieved using the tried and tested fuel boom.

As these recourses are highly sought after, especially in frontier systems. They will more often than not be heavily contested, Vault-Tec security will often accompany fuel harvesting missions to help guarantee the safety of refining crews.
